Free Shipping on Orders over $250 and Over!

We are currently offering free ground shipping on orders over $250 within the lower 48 states (contiguous US) and to APO addresses.

Our shipping rates are determined by your location, the product’s weight, and, in some cases, the size of the product. Our default shipping method is UPS Ground.  We also offer several expedited UPS options as well as USPS Priority Mail.  UPS is our preferred carrier because they provided better insurance and tracking services.  Please note that all shipping times listed below (including expedited service) are in business days only.  Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are excluded.

For all shipments a complete and accurate shipping address is also required, as HealthyHikerGear.com does not refund freight charges on packages that are returned to us as undeliverable. Additionally any freight charges assessed by the shipper for returning a refused package will be the customer's responsibility. For international orders this will include applicable duties and taxes. If these charges are less than the value of your return we will deduct that amount from your refund.

We normally ship all in stock items within 1-3 business days from the time your order is received. Orders are usually shipped via UPS and actual delivery time will vary according to your UPS Zone. (In most cases it averages 5 to 10 business days from the day that the order was placed). Any item that is "out of stock" will be backordered and will be shipped upon it's arrival in our warehouse.

Healthy Hiker Gear is not responsible for any merchandise lost or stolen through the mail or UPS. See the usual UPS delivery schedule.

United States Postal Service (USPS)

USPS delivery times are on average and not guaranteed.  Packages have insurance and online delivery confirmation. Detailed tracking information is not available.  We offer USPS service because in some cases it can be a cheaper option, but UPS is generally more reliable.

No Knives will be sold to anyone under 18 years old. This is a state law. NO Exceptions.

International Shipping

With the exception of Canada, we do not ship internationally.   However, we have partnered with Bongo International which provides parcel forwarding services worldwide from the United States.  See our Bongo International Shipping page for more information about how this service works.

Damaged Goods Policy

If the merchandise you receive is defective, please email us immediately for further instrutions.

 

Backorder Policy

Some items may be temporarily out of stock due to color, style, size or other unforeseen circumstance.

We will contact you if items are backordered and customers will be notified if item ordered has been discontinued or is no longer available.
